2.3 After Your Ride

  • Verify fare amount before paying
  • Check for personal items before exiting
  • Rate the driver honestly and report any issues
  • Never leave valuables in the vehicle
  • Notify us immediately if anything is missing
  • Use our Lost and Found service for missing items
  • Report harassment or misconduct to support@ogbdrive.ng

  • Keep doors locked when not with passengers
  • Screen passengers before unlocking doors
  • Trust your instincts—decline suspicious rides
  • Keep phone charged and accessible
  • Avoid discussing personal information
  • Never accept payment outside the app
  • Report threatening behavior immediately
  • Maintain visibility of your surroundings
  • Report suspicious activity to authorities

3.3 Passenger Management

  • Verify passenger identity matches app
  • Request valid ID if unsure
  • Enforce no eating/drinking policy
  • No smoking in vehicle
  • Address passenger behavior issues professionally
  • Document incidents with photos/videos if safe
  • Rate passengers honestly after each ride
  • Report assaults or harassment immediately

6. Reporting Harassment or Misconduct

If you experience harassment, discrimination, or misconduct:

  • Tap Emergency Button in app immediately
  • Contact support@ogbdrive.ng with details
  • Provide driver/rider name and trip ID
  • Include date, time, and incident description
  • Attach photos/videos if safe to do so
  • Report to authorities if criminal
  • Follow up with OgbDrive support team

7. In Case of an Accident

  1. Ensure everyone's safety first
  2. Call 112 or emergency services if injuries
  3. contact support in OgbDrive app
  4. Document the scene with photos/video
  5. Note other vehicle details and license plate
  6. Get witness contact information
  7. File police report (FIR) for accidents
  8. Report to OgbDrive within 24 hours
  9. Provide accident report number to support
  10. Keep medical records if injured

8. Lost or Forgotten Items

If you lose something in a ride:

  • Contact the driver immediately

  • Describe the item clearly
  • Provide contact information
  • We'll contact the driver
  • Driver can return item to OgbDrive
  • Reward offered if desired

9. Safe Communication

  • Use in-app messaging only
  • Don't share personal contact info

  • Avoid arranging services outside app
  • Report suspicious messages
  • Report users if uncomfortable

10. Protect Yourself from Scams

  • Verify driver/rider before ride
  • Don't prepay before trip

  • Verify URLs before entering credentials
