OgbDrive makes it simple for riders to request services and for approved drivers to receive clear job details.
For Riders and Senders
Create an account, enter your booking details, and connect with an approved driver when one accepts.
Create or Sign In
Create a rider account with your email, verify with OTP, complete your profile, or sign in if you already have an account.
Enter Pickup and Destination
Add your pickup and destination. Both locations must be inside supported OgbDrive service areas before the booking can continue.
Choose Service and Vehicle
Select the service you need, such as ride, delivery, cargo, towing, or group transport, then choose a suitable vehicle option.
Review Estimate
Check the fare estimate, pickup details, destination details, and useful trip information before submitting your booking.
Connect with a Driver
OgbDrive searches for eligible approved drivers. Driver and vehicle details appear when a driver accepts your booking.
Complete and Rate
Pay the accepted driver directly using the agreed method, complete the service, and rate your experience after completion.
For Drivers
Drivers register, submit their details, complete checks where required, and go online after approval.
Register with Email
Create a driver account, verify with OTP, and complete your basic profile information.
Submit Documents
Upload required personal and vehicle documents such as licence, identification, vehicle details, and other required records.
Vehicle Check
Some vehicle types may require inspection. Where inspection payment applies, drivers will be guided in the app.
Approval Review
OgbDrive reviews the driver profile, documents, vehicle details, and inspection status before approval.
Prepare for Jobs
Approved drivers can select supported service areas, fund credits where required, and go online.
Accept Jobs Confidently
Drivers can review important job details before accepting, including pickup area, destination, estimate, and distance details where available.
What Happens After a Driver Accepts?
Once a driver accepts your booking, the app shows the details needed to complete the service, including driver and vehicle information, contact options, pickup details, and trip support tools.

Important Booking Notes
Direct Payment
Riders pay the accepted driver directly. OgbDrive does not collect the rider fare directly for these bookings.
Supported Areas
Pickup and destination must be within active service areas in FCT / Abuja, Lagos, or Edo.
Cancellation Review
If a driver has accepted and is already on the way to pickup, cancellation may require support review.
Driver Credits
Drivers may need credits to access or accept eligible jobs. Some qualifying jobs may not deduct credit based on OgbDrive rules.
Referral Bonus
Drivers may earn bonus credits when referred drivers sign up successfully and meet referral requirements.

Riders can create bookings. Drivers can submit applications and receive jobs after review and approval.
